2. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through mutual discussion, either party may pursue the appropriate legal remedies available under applicable Indian law.

Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of the relevant courts, the competent courts at Irinjalakuda, Thrissur District, Kerala, India, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
